I've enjoyed the responses to my Communication assignment immensely. Today's lesson is a direct result of one slave's responses. It's a beautiful thing when a slave's own devious thoughts inspire their next training session.

Tie your leash to something that is sturdy and above you after inserting a plug and gag. You will take the role of your Master's foot rest. You will remain unmoving and on all fours for as long as possible. Only when you can no longer bear the pain can you break this position. To simulate a foot rest some shoes will be on your back for the duration. If they fall for any reason you are absolutely required to remain in this position for 5 more minutes. I expect you to time yourself so that I may properly reward or punish your willpower.

If you make it longer than 20 minutes you may cum in any way you please. Make sure to thank not only your Master for the privilege but think of your fellow slave who inspired me to train you this way.
